How to block chrome notifications

What do you find most annoying while browsing the internet? Advertisement popups? That’s not it, lately a new contender has come up: websites asking for subscription permissions every now and then.

Apart from the subscriptions you’re genuinely interested in, there might be a few times when you have clicked “Allow” without even acknowledging the botheration you will be facing everyday.
And as soon as you connect your device to the internet, it is bombarded with tons of notifications.

And even if you have knowingly made the decision to allow the notifications of a certain website, not all the content from that website will be of your interest.
Regardless of this you will still get a ‘ding’ on your device making it so not worth your attention.

These unwanted notifications are irrelevant and turn out to be nerve wrecking every time they appear on the screen.
You don’t need to deal with this distracting process every time you connect to the internet.
